A importância do pedagogo em ambientes corporativos

Abstract

O pedagogo que antes era considerado apenas um escravo que leva pela mão as crianças dos nobres na época, vem se tornando cada dia mais peça chave de desenvolvimento para os mais diversos seguimentos. A pedagogia empresarial é um novo campo de trabalho, que ainda gera discussões entre os próprios profissionais da área. Vem crescendo ao longo dos anos e se tornando a mais nova área de atuação dos especialistas em educação. O objetivo deste trabalho é entender a importância do Pedagogo dentro dos ambientes corporativos e refletir sobre sua prática em um ambiente tão diferente de sua formação principal. Para tal, foi utilizada uma metodologia qualitativa tendo como referência os principais autores que discutem o tema, formando assim uma nova discussão sobre essa nova área de atuação do Pedagogo.
