Análise das principais atividades econômicas no município de Vitória do Xingu- Pará-Amazônia-Brasil

Abstract

O presente artigo analisa o desenvolvimento das principais atividades do município de Vitória do Xingu através de indicadores econômicos que moldam o setor econômico da região. A análise descreve as etapas de transformação da estrutura econômica do município, além de salientar aspectos demográficos, desenvolvimento humano, renda e dinâmica de crescimento. Averiguou-se que no município o setor de atividade portuária e serviços vêm crescendo continuamente, isto é, a construção do Complexo Hidrelétrico UHE, fez com que o setor de serviços precisasse de mão de obra em vários âmbitos. Nesse contexto o setor de serviços mais especificamente a prefeitura juntamente com a atividade portuária se destacaram sobre as demais atividades, pois elas concentram um maior capital econômico comparado com as demais.
