La configuración de un campo en auge: el consumo de vino como una práctica subversiva

Abstract

El Valle de San Francisco es la segunda mayor región vitivinícola de Brasil, pero enfrenta a varios obstáculos para establecerse como referente nacional en la producción de vinos finos. Utilizando la Teoría de la Práctica de Bourdieu, realizamos una etnografía de la comunicación intentando entender como los consumidores de vino del Valle de San Francisco, mediante sus prácticas de consumo, se oponen a la matriz ideológica presente en el consumo del vino en general. La subversión del orden se hace presente en el campo, pero dirigida apenas a las disputas entre clases, contribuyendo al mantenimiento del orden vigente. Por otra parte, se presentan las limitaciones y consideraciones para futuras investigaciones.
