México en la nueva tendencia de la facturación electrónica

Abstract

Estamos aprendiendo directamente en el camino y a marchas forzadas, la resistencia al cambio es fuerte y nos llevará tiempo la adaptación al proceso. En México la mayoría de las empresas imprime sus documentos digitales, originales, copias y están intentando adaptar estos documentos a los procedimientos que se tenían. Sin embargo anexar estos documentos no será suficiente para deducir o acreditar, ahora se deben validar los documentos, primero la estructura y posteriormente el sello y los folios asignados. Cabe señalar que en documentos digitales no hay originales, ni copias. Cada vez se escucha hablar más de la factura electrónica, que desde mayo del 2004 fue aprobada por el Servicio de Administración Tributaria (SAT) como un esquema de comprobación fiscal. La factura electrónica tiene la misma validez que la impresa: ambas sirven para comprobar la realización de una transacción comercial entre un comprador y un vendedor, comprometer la entrega de un bien o servicio y obligar a realizar el pago correspondiente, de acuerdo con lo establecido en el propio documento.
