Proposta de um plano de negócios para abertura de uma franquia de lavanderia

Abstract

O objetivo do estudo consistiu em propor um plano de negócios para abertura de uma franquia de lavanderia na cidade de Florianópolis/SC. Inicialmente foi realizada uma análise do setor de lavanderias no contexto municipal, estadual e nacional. Foram identificados os concorrentes, bem como as necessidades legais e gerencias para abertura do empreendimento. A base estratégica corporativa foi elaborada para definir a identidade cultural e estratégica da lavanderia, como também planos de marketing, recursos humanos, operações e financeiro. O negócio foi considerado viável, além de uma grande oportunidade em virtude de um mercado crescente e da necessidade de um serviço diferenciado de lavanderias na região universitária de Florianópolis.
