Ajuste espacial, relocalização industrial e troca desigual entre centro e periferia

Abstract

A variação do custo de reprodução da força de trabalho, conforme se desenvolve o capitalismo, permite entender a dinâmica da localização industrial, principalmente, em atividades mais intensivas em trabalho não qualificado. O ajuste espacial é uma solução para a superacumulação do capital no centro. Conforme o espaço foi sendo anulado pelo tempo, com a revolução nos transportes e nas comunicações, o ajuste espacial aparece como uma alternativa através da qual se procura uma mais-valia relativa de localização. A relocalização industrial, do centro para a periferia, possibilita o uso de força de trabalho desvalorizada e, em consequência disso, surge uma troca desigual em sentido restrito entre o centro e a periferia, favorável a primeira.
