El paquete económico mexicano. Contenido y plazos de aprobación

Abstract

cada año México se ve en la necesidad de discutir y en su caso aprobar lo que se ha dado en llamar el Paquete Económico, el cual incluye la Ley de Ingresos, el Presupuesto de Egresos, los Criterios Generales de Política Económica y la Miscelánea Fiscal. Esta discusión y aprobación es realizada por el Congreso de la Unión, en periodos y plazos que la legislación vigente señala. Es en este contexto, que presentamos el contenido del paquete Económico y el mecanismo y los plazos para su aprobación.
