Capacitação profissional dos militares temporários em uma organização militar do município de Bagé – RS

Abstract

O objetivo principal deste trabalho foi identificar se é possível capacitar profissionalmente os militares temporários simultaneamente a sua prestação de serviço em uma Unidade Militar. A importância da capacitação profissional é sempre ressaltada por autores, pois, é com esta capacitação, que as pessoas ganham alguns benefícios, tais como: Espaço no mercado de trabalho, satisfação, realização pessoal e etc. Foram analisados os procedimentos que a organização vem utilizando, através de pesquisas de tipo: exploratória, teórica e descritiva. Foram entregues questionários aos militares temporários. Também foram coletados comentários sobre a capacitação profissional desenvolvida na Unidade Militar. Os resultados indicam de uma maneira geral, que a capacitação profissional tem apresentado bons resultados.
