Abstract

¿De qué manera se gestiona el conocimiento? ¿Cuáles son los objetivos de la Gestión del Conocimiento? ¿Qué actividades y herramientas se incluyen en este proceso?, las anteriores interrogantes entre otras más, son las guías para el desarrollo del presente artículo en el cual se intenta dar respuesta a las mismas, a través de un trabajo de investigación documental en donde se revisaron fuentes secundarias: artículos, libros tanto físicos como electrónicos, bases de datos entre otras.
