Abstract

'la actual política macroeconómica del Estado mexicano viola los derechos humanos más básicos y fundamentales que están consagrados en la Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos (CPEUM): el derecho a un trabajo digno y remunerador, el derecho a la salud y a la educación, el derecho a la alimentación y a una vivienda digna y confortable', así de contundente lo señala el maestro en economía Martín Carlos Ramales Osorio, profesor-investigador en la Universidad Tecnológica de la Mixteca (UTM) y miembro fundador de la Asociación de Periodistas Independientes de la Mixteca (APIM).
