El estrés afecta la toma de decisiones de ejecutivos en su entorno laboral y personal

Abstract

Objetivo: en este artículo se hace una revisión sobre las fuentes de presión, las manifestaciones personales y laborales del estrés en el entorno personal y laboral de ejecutivos. Explicar cómo el estrés afecta las decisiones de los individuos y puede repercutir en la toma de decisiones laborales, influyendo también en la misma organización. Metodología: Se enmarca la hipótesis de los niveles de estrés personal y organizacional en muchas ocasiones la reacción al estrés es negativa repercutiendo en el bienestar persona. El modelo Indicador de Presión en el trabajo (IPT) ayudara a en lo largo de la investigación. Resultados: Los ejecutivos no consideran la carga de trabajo sea fuente de presión mas sin embargo las responsabilidades y dificultades que enfrentan diariamente así como la necesidad de reconocimiento, la relación casa/trabajo si lo son.
