Contrabando y piratería: delitos aduaneros en la era de la globalización

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene por objeto conocer cuáles son las consecuencias que traen consigo los delitos más incidentes en el mundo aduanero como lo es el contrabando y la piratería. La autora identifico los diferentes delitos que se coordinan para que se efectúen estos actos ilícitos, cuales son las medidas que aplican a nivel nacional e internacional para combatir estos delitos así como los mercados víctimas de la piratería. Concluyo que para prevenir, reducir y eliminar estos delitos es necesario que se apliquen estrictamente las leyes y que las sociedades tomen más conciencia sobre estos actos.
