Abstract

La competitividad en México durante los últimos 15 años ha estado por debajo del lugar 30 respecto al reto de las naciones del mundo. Algunos de los factores utilizados en esta evaluación incluyen las áreas de educación, productividad, infraestructura científica y tecnológica. Una cultura de excelencia es un pilar importante para mejorar la productividad de una empresa, además de ayudar a desarrollar la fuerza de trabajo sólida.
