Procedimiento para el diagnóstico de organizaciones de servicios con un enfoque de procesos

Abstract

El surgimiento y desarrollo de organizaciones de prestación de servicios sigue su tendencia al crecimiento, gestionar herramientas para la detección de problemas puede resultar la estrategia a seguir en un medio excesivamente competitivo. En el siguiente artículo se presenta un procedimiento para diagnosticar organizaciones de servicios con un enfoque de procesos. El procedimiento permite el análisis de todos los procesos que se desarrollan en la organización determinando las principales deficiencias en cada uno de ellos respectivamente, el mismo está sustentado en el estudio de metodologías propuestas por especialistas en la materia, la revisión bibliográfica de los temas abordados y la utilización de métodos y herramientas propios de las ciencias empresariales.
