O empreendedorismo como diferencial de sucesso na abertura de micro e pequenas empresas

Abstract

Com base no estudo elaborado apresentaremos como o empreendedorismo interfere e serve como um diferencial para a sobrevivência ou criação das novas empresas e também as características do empreendedor em paralelo ao perfil do gestor se assimilando com os pilares da administração em planejar, organizar, controlar e executar. O objetivo deste trabalho é identificar e analisar por meio de uma pesquisa qualitativa descritiva como as micro e pequenas empresas superam as dificuldades do inicio do trabalho e alcançam marcas significativas. As considerações realizadas neste artigo alinham-se aqueles que compartilharam o interesse em um dia possuir seu próprio empreendimento as dificuldades que enfrentarão e como podem se preparar para elas e assim superá-las se adiantando ao mercado altamente competitivo.
