Aproximación a una tipología del consumidor de aceite de aguacate

    Michoacán posee diferentes y diversas alternativas para alcanzar mayor desarrollo en su economía. De entre estas se encuentra el aguacate pues, es la principal región productora de aguacate en el mundo, sin embargo, poco es el valor que se le agrega ya que se ha preferido obtener ingresos por su venta en fresco. Una de las opciones de valor agregado detectadas es su aceite, producto útil en la preparación de alimentos. De ello que el presente ensayo pretenda mostrar una tipología del consumidor del aceite de aguacate, a modo de aproximación, con el afán de colaborar, aunque sea de manera mínima, al fomento de productos derivados del aguacate de los cuales se puedan obtener mayores beneficios económicos.
