Em Tempos De Crise, Como A Gestão De Pessoas Pode Impedir Ou Diminuir Demissões?

    O presente estudo teve como objetivo mostrar um breve resumo dos efeitos da crise financeira internacional e como a gestão de pessoas pode impedir ou diminuir as demissões. Em tempos de crise, as empresas para cortar custos demitem seus funcionários. A crise financeira iniciada em 2009 nos Estados Unidos já quebrou bancos, fechou grandes empresas, e, por conseguinte, muitos postos de trabalho. De 2009 aos dias atuais milhões de pessoas já perderam seu emprego, nos EUA, Europa e diversos países contaminados pela crise. Não obstante, a opção por demissões deve ser considerada só como uma das últimas opções, já que recontratar é mais caro. Nesse cenário, algumas das alternativas adotadas pelas empresas têm sido qualificar seus funcionários, negociar a redução de salários com a jornada de trabalho, entre outros.
