Método De Selección De Personal Para Equipos De Trabajo Exitosos En La Industria Automotriz De Tamaño Mediano Y Grande

    Este estudio propone un método de selección de personal para equipos de trabajo exitosos en la industria automotriz mediana y grande. Después de investigar histórica y cronológicamente diferentes métodos, se elige el método caracterológico de Heymans – Wiersma – Le Senne para clasificar al personal de los equipos de trabajo, Líder, Secretario, Facilitador y Miembros. Después de un avance de la investigación del 60%, los caracteres Pasional y Flemático son determinantes para la conformación de equipos de trabajo exitosos como se muestra en un Circulo de Control de Calidad (CCC) de ocho personas de Industria Automotriz terminal grande y otro Grupo de Trabajo (GT) de tres personas de la Industria de autopartes, en el cual los resultados también muestran que los caracteres Pasional y Flemático son los más importantes, Se aplican dos cuestionarios desarrollados por el autor, por escrito o en software para agilizar la colección y análisis de datos.
