Abstract

El presente artículo busca establecer la evolución del reconocimiento del niño en el contexto social, bien como comparar entre los sistemas tutelarista al paternalista como modelos de protección, desde el reconocimiento como niño en el caso de delito o como adulto. Por fin buscamos establecer la actual tendencia en el ámbito de protección internacional. El reconocimiento de los Estados en materia de Tratados internacionales de protección al niño.
