Abstract

O presente artigo pretende realizar uma análise econométrica do consumo de carne bovina na região metropolitana de Belém utilizando o método dos mínimos quadrados ordinários (M.Q.O) com auxílio da ferramenta Eviews 3.0 relacionando o consumo (variável dependente) com algumas variáveis definidas para a pesquisa (variáveis independentes), tais dados foram utilizados para a estimação do modelo da demanda, modelo matemático e modelo econométrico.
