Abstract

La presente investigación se realizó en la Sucursal de CIMEX en la Provincia Granma, subordinada a la Corporación CIMEX, con el propósito de proponer, un sistema de control integrado que armonice el control operativo con el estratégico que permita tener en cuenta las variables estratégicas en el proceso de gestión empresarial y que contribuya a sistematizar la evaluación del cumplimiento de los objetivos operativos que tributan al cumplimiento de la misión.
