Análisis Y Propuestas Sobre Las Problemáticas Espaciales Y De Acceso Terrestre Al Puerto Mar Del Plata En 2005

Abstract

Este documento fue elaborado en 2005 para la evaluación y ejecución de políticas de acción internas en el Puerto de Mar del Plata (Argentina), con la colaboración del autor, financiado por una beca de la Comisión de Investigaciones Científicas de la Provincia de Buenos Aires y la colaboración del gremio Asociación del Personal de Dirección de Ferrocarriles Argentinos. El problema del espacio físico en el Puerto de Mar del Plata, se presentaba en 2005 como un problema para la expansión en su operatividad. A su vez, el conflicto con otras actividades económicas y sociales e intervenciones en el espacio geográfico (como la clausura del acceso ferroviario al puerto) incidieron fuertemente en las posibilidades de expansión del puerto. En ese sentido se evalúan, desde una perspectiva práctica, las posibilidades de expansión física y operativa, en el marco de un contexto de crecientes exportaciones y de actividades productiva internas.
