La Problemática Del Inversor Minoritario En El Mercado De Valores Argentino. Análisis De Casos

    Los mercados organizados son el vehículo idóneo para dirigir la inversión hacia el sistema productivo, a través de la captación del ahorro público para favorecer la financiación de proyectos e incentivar la producción. Por otra parte, los inversores cuentan con alternativas para colocar sus ahorros en empresas de primera línea, a través de la compra de acciones, convirtiéndose de esta manera en accionistas de grandes compañías. Pero accionistas minoritarios. Es un hecho que los grupos de control dirigen a las empresas en beneficio del grupo, y que cuando este toma decisiones otros grupos minoritarios pueden ver afectados sus intereses: el caso de la empresa Acindar es un sinónimo de ello.
