Vantagem Econômica Na Utilização Do Pregão Eletrônico: Um Estudo De Caso Na Universidade Federal Do Pampa

O estudo de caso foi realizado na UNIPAMPA, com o objetivo geral de analisar qual a economia obtida nos processos licitatórios na modalidade Pregão Eletrônico do ano de 2010. A metodologia utilizada foi estudo de caso, pesquisa documental e pesquisa bibliográfica. Tendo como resultado o percentual de 30,17% de economia nos processos em geral deste ano. As economias por classificação de elemento de despesa foram em bens de consumo 35,66%, em bens permanentes 32,50% e nos serviços 14,59%. Com o estudo, percebe-se que a modalidade do Pregão Eletrônico é vantajosa para a UNIPAMPA, como para toda Administração Pública, pois tem permitido que a organização adquira bens e serviços de fornecedores, com maior agilidade, competitividade, transparência e principalmente com redução de custos.
