Gestão Finaceira Pública E Privada Nas Instutuições De Ensino Superior

Abstract

O presente artigo compõe-se de estudos bibliográficos, é um estudo que permite conhecer melhor os benefícios e recursos que contribuem para o incentivo educacional. Na perspectiva da análise, buscou-se identificar e comparar os programas de financiamento de forma a avaliar a contribuição destes para a democratização do acesso ao ensino nas IES (Instituições de Ensino Superior) pública e privadas. No Brasil as IES públicas são integralmente financiada pelo poder público, mediante créditos aos estudantes, já nas instituições privadas a principal fonte é a participação financeira dos estudantes, via pagamento de mensalidades e taxas, enfim qualquer que seja a diversidade e a diferenciação entre ambas elas necessitam de recursos financeiros. Este estudo permite o conhecimento de modo conclusivo, as características e diferenças dos programas em questão oportunizando reconhecer oportunidades e ameaças.
