Abstract

En el mundo actual la Gestión de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (GSST) ocupa un lugar importante dentro de la gestión de los procesos de Recursos Humanos, pues constituye un pilar fundamental para mantener la fuerza de trabajo satisfecha y altamente motivada y estos a su vez constituyen el eslabón fundamental de toda una cadena de acciones y recursos necesarios para lograr eficiencia en cualquier organización. Derivado de estas exigencias se realizó esta investigación con el objetivo de diseñar un procedimiento para medir el desempeño de la GSST en las empresas cubanas que se encuentren enfrascada en la implantación de la NC: 18000.
