Certidumbre En La Industrialización Y Comercialización Del Xoconostle

Abstract

La necesidad de alimentos y su comercialización son un gran desafío para los productores, cuando no se apoyan en la publicidad, más aun tratándose de productos naturales, conocidos y poco consumidos como es el caso de algunas cactáceas como son el nopal, la tuna y el xoconostle que a pesar de su alto contenido en fibra y vitamina, sólo se reducen a consumirse por temporada y en su estado natural, sin embargo, se conoce poco de los productos derivados de estos como son, suplementos alimenticios, jaleas, deshidratados salados, dulces y enchilados, mermeladas, licores, harinas entre otros, indudablemente la diversidad de estos productos pueden ser una opción para algunos de los problemas que hoy nos aquejan, como son la obesidad, la desnutrición y la diabetes, desafíos para la mercadotecnia, que requiere de estrategias para posicionar esta variedad de productos.
