Estudio De Factibilidad De Un Proyecto De Desarrollo Local En Una Unidad Productora Agropecuaria

Abstract

El siguiente trabajo fue realizado en la Unidad Básica de Producción Lechera en el municipio Banes, que tiene como objetivo fundamental determinar la factibilidad del proyecto de desarrollo local en la producción de leche fresca y carne para consumo de la población local. El trabajo está fundamentado por aspectos teóricos de la evolución de la administración financiera de activos de capital y la evaluación de las inversiones en activos de capitales en el mundo y en Cuba, además se hace un estudio de factibilidad partiendo de la aplicación de la metodología presentada para valorar la realización del proyecto de inversión para el mejoramiento de las condiciones de la unidad productora.
