Estrategia Para La Integración Del Sistema Dirección Del Grupo Técnico En La Empresa Comercializadora De Combustibles Las Tunas

Abstract

Los resultados que se presentan responden a insuficiencias en el proceso de dirección técnica empresarial, que limitan la eficiencia de la actividad económica. Un estudio teórico confirma que la dirección ejerce un rol importante en el logro de los resultados en las organizaciones y en especial en la satisfacción de las necesidades de la sociedad y los clientes, donde la estrategia como herramienta permite elegir las áreas de negocio y asignar recursos. La estrategia que se propone, permite alcanzar mayores niveles de integración en la gestión del Grupo Técnico de la Empresa Comercializadora de Combustibles en Las Tunas, donde se destacan la determinación de las áreas clave de integración, la misma es factible de aplicación, demostrado por los resultados de una consulta a especialistas y al propio grupo técnico, mediante dinámica de grupo.
