Abstract

Es por eso que resulta necesario investigar sobre la motivación y satisfacción de las personas y sobre que aspectos afectan la estabilidad laboral de las mismas. Por tal motivo se consideró inevitable realizar un estudio sobre la fluctuación laboral en la Fábrica de Órganos e Instrumentos Musicales de la provincia de Holguín donde se aplicó un procedimiento metodológico con el objetivo de trazar estrategias en post de alcanzar la estabilidad de personal una vez determinadas las causas y efectos de este fenómeno.
