Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo formular los lineamientos de lo que seria una política Pública en materia de Recreación Comunitaria con la participación de la iniciativa privada venezolana, previo análisis de la situación actual de la recreación comunitaria del país. En esa propuesta se identifican los actores que intervienen en su formulación a nivel estratégico y a nivel operativo, de igual manera las características de esa política y sus procesos de instrumentación a partir del Plan de la Nación.
