El Desarrollo Económico Local Y Bienestar Social En Los Montes De María

Abstract

En el presente trabajo, se ha pretendido mostrar una propuesta de desarrollo prospectivo para la economía regional de los Montes de María, utilizando iniciativas novedosas de desarrollo, como las de los proyectos estratégicos y la generación masiva de empleo y financiamiento externo e interno alternativo. La propuesta consiste en crear una sociedad anónima u una institución de desarrollo regional de carácter mixto, con aporte de los campesinos de los Montes de María, los gobiernos departamentales y los entes territoriales a nivel local, buscando financiamiento externo con aval del gobierno nacional, sembrando 200 mil hectáreas de maderas estratégicas a 20 años. El costo de proyectos es de USD 804.125.864.oo, pagaderos a largo plazo.
