La Industria Alimentaria En México: El Caso De La Fabricación De Harina De Maíz, Aceites Y Grasas Vegetales

    En la primera parte se aborda la posición en la que se encuentra la manufactura mexicana, la cual tuvo un comportamiento negativo en el 2008, en efecto, la disminución que registró esta división estuvo influida por el menor dinamismo de las exportaciones efectuadas por este sector, resultado de la recesión en Estados Unidos, a este país vecino, México destina más del 80 por ciento de sus exportaciones. Posteriormente el trabajo analiza a las empresas más importantes del sector alimentario mexicano y en la parte final trata sobre el comportamiento de la rama de la fabricación de harina de maíz, aceites y grasas vegetales, también menciona la importación creciente de cereales que se ha venido presentando en los últimos años en México.
