Las Transferencias Tecnológicas Y Sus Indeseables Efectos Secundarios

Abstract

La transferencia tecnológica constituye un fenómeno que transforma la actualidad social, económica y política a nivel mundial, pero sobre todo matiza, y en muchas ocasiones empobrece la suerte económica y las posibilidades de desarrollo de los países latinoamericanos. El presente estudio constituye una reflexión sobre esta problemática, y llama la atención sobre los elementos que se deben considerar a la hora de importar tecnología foránea, de modo tal que se logren minimizar los efectos secundarios indeseables, derivados de tal asimilación tecnológica. Especial atención se dirige en este texto a la pseudo-transferencia, fuente de no pocos males y fracasos empresariales, de igual forma se ponen de manifiesto los intereses que a menudo se esconden bajo la piel de una prometedora tecnología poco conocida.
