Metodología Para La Evaluación Del Desempeño En La Empresa Procesadora De Café "Asdrúbal López Vázquez" De Guantánamo

Abstract

El presente trabajo se realizó en la Empresa Procesadora de Café Asdrúbal López Vázquez de Guantánamo, para la realización de la propuesta de esta metodología se analizó el método de evaluación que mantenía esta empresa y se realizó un diagnóstico que permitiera conocer el estado de conformidad existente en el colectivo de trabajadores y directivos en general. Con la finalidad de mejorar la evaluación del desempeño se propuso el diseño de una nueva metodología que permita incentivar el incremento de la productividad del trabajo en la empresa. Los resultados obtenidos permitieron a la dirección de la empresa introducir los conceptos y técnicas modernos de la Evaluación del Desempeño, como una de las premisas para generar el cambio necesario en el accionar de la Gestión de los Recursos Humanos y dar las respuestas precisas a las exigencias del Proceso de Perfeccionamiento Empresarial que se desarrolla en la actualidad.
