Propuesta De Un Indicador General De Gestión Energética Para La Empresa De Cigarrillos "Juan D. Mata Reyes"

Abstract

El trabajo propone un indicador general de gestión energética que contribuya a elevar la eficiencia en el uso de los portadores energéticos en la Empresa de Cigarrillos Juan D. Mata Reyes. Se diseña un procedimiento que guía metodológicamente el cálculo del indicador y para su realización se utilizan métodos y herramientas tales como: el uso parcial de la Tecnología de Gestión Total Eficiente de la Energía, el coeficiente de Kendall, tormenta de ideas y cuadro de mando. Para el cálculo del indicador primero se diagnostica la situación actual de la gestión energética de la empresa y se calcula cada indicador específico por portador energético hasta llegar al indicador general de gestión energética en la organización. Además se proponen mejoras para contribuir a elevar la eficiencia en el uso de los portadores energéticos en la empresa.
