Consideraciones Teóricas Sobre La Planificación Financiera En Las Empresas Cubanas

Abstract

En el proceso de planificación financiera se destacan las secciones de su estructura y se explican detalladamente en un modelo los indicadores para elaborar el plan global de la empresa cubana y se realiza un diagnóstico mediante un análisis económico financiero señalando las limitaciones más relevantes que se pueden presentar durante el estudio de este importante aspecto de la planificación y en particular la planificación financiera. .A partir de un diagnóstico y de las acciones de mejora, se puede realizar un conjunto de propuestas de un plan financiero , mediante la elaboración del modelo de indicadores global y así contribuir a perfeccionar el proceso de planificación financiera en la entidad seleccionada para diferentes periodos de tiempo.
