Abstract

Partiendo de las dificultades que en ocasiones se presentan en el control y seguimiento del Plan de Prevención y el Control Interno, en los marcos del perfeccionamiento empresarial cubano en el nuevo sistema de Dirección y Gestión Empresarial, este trabajo persigue el propósito de proponer acciones a implementar en los marcos de la estratégica de capacitación de directivos, para lograr el éxito en el cumplimiento del plan de prevención y el impacto en la aplicación del Sistema de Dirección Estratégica por objetivos basada en valores.
