Un modelo de sustentabilidad hidro-energética organizacional

Abstract

A partir del colapso ambiental que se espera para el año 2030 por el agotamiento del petróleo, el aumento de la población, la desestimación de subsidios y la sustentabilidad hidro-energética como requerimiento de competitividad-productividad, se proyecta un modelo de desarrollo organizacional para las micros, pequeñas y medianas empresas que mantienen el 80 por ciento de los empleos y contribuyen con el 20% del Producto Interno Bruto Nacional. Se espera que tal modelo modifique las competencias laborales del personal operativo, administrativo, técnico y especializado en torno al ahorro de agua y energía
