Abstract

Si bien la Administración Tributaria goza de una legalidad derivada del ordenamiento jurídico de las finanzas públicas de cada país, creemos que la legitimidad se obtiene del ejercicio ético y responsable de la autoridad que las leyes conceden a la Administración Tributaria.
