Pensando nuevamente en la gestión del conocimiento. Una propuesta desde el contexto cubano

Abstract

En un esfuerzo de síntesis, puede afirmarse que los enfoques para la aplicación de la gestión del conocimiento organizacional, en el contexto cubano de referencia, presentan similares limitaciones a las que identifican otros autores en los enfoques internacionales. Ello está asociado a la escasa teorización y orientación metodológica para su aplicación como función interna, de lo cual este contexto no queda exento. En la literatura especializada, las investigaciones afines al tema son abundantes y por lo general, tienen mayor presencia en las publicaciones relacionada con las Ciencias de la Información. No obstante, desde la perspectiva de su aplicación como función interna, en el sistema organizacional cubano, sus resultados introducen elementos nuevos para un análisis.
