Estrategia para la eficiente administración de las cuentas por cobrar en la empresa estatal cubana

Abstract

En el presente trabajo se abordan las principales variables a tener en cuenta para la administración de las cuentas por cobrar, así como los aspectos colaterales de mayor importancia para alcanzar la mayor eficiencia en esta actividad. Además se exponen métodos de la práctica internacionalmente aceptado para agilizar los ciclos de cobro. Se abordan criterios y consideraciones más relevantes en esta materia, de personalidades autorizadas tanto en el ámbito nacional como internacional. Además se presentan otros temas como el control interno y la motivación del personal financiero como elemento para alcanzar la eficiencia en cada trabajador. Se incluye en el trabajo el esquema de la estrategia, así como la definición teórica de todos sus aspectos.
