Los Sistemas Integrados De Gestión. Una Alternativa Metodológica Para Su Diseño E Implantación

Abstract

En este artículo se presentan consideraciones que facilitan la implantación de los sistemas de gestión en organizaciones que tienen implantado, o pretenden implantar, el sistema de dirección y gestión empresarial conforme a lo establecido en el decreto No.281 del Comité Ejecutivo del Consejo de Ministros de la República de Cuba y como parte de este los sistemas de control interno (resolución No.297/2003 del Ministerio de Finanzas y Precios), seguridad y salud en el trabajo (NC 18001: 2006), calidad (NC ISO 9001: 2008), competencia del laboratorio de calibración (NC ISO IEC 17025: 2006) y gestión ambiental (NC ISO 14001: 2004), con el objetivo de lograr un cambio significativo en su organización interna y su gestión integral con resultados eficientes y como medio para dirigir y controlar los recursos humanos, la producción de bienes y servicios, la calidad, el medioambiente, la ciencia e innovación tecnológica y la gestión económica financiera.
