Procedimiento Para Evaluación Y Mejora De Condiciones Ergonómicas En Líneas De Envasado Del Combinado De Bebidas Pedro Díaz Coello De La Ember Holguín

Abstract

El procedimiento aplicado parcialmente en el Combinado de Bebidas Pedro Díaz Coello de la EMBER Holguín, abordó la interrelación hombre-máquina-medio ambiente, su influencia directa en la salud de los trabajadores y la evaluación y mejora de condiciones ergonómicas en la línea de envasado. Condiciones de trabajo relacionadas con posturas, levantamiento de cargas, movimientos repetitivos y factores ambientales, provocaron enfermedades como: tendinitis, síndrome del túnel carpiano, osteoartritis, tendosinuvitis, cervicalgia y sacro lumbalgias, que incidieron negativamente en el índice de ausentismo en los últimos cinco años. Estas enfermedades no se consideran como enfermedades profesionales, pero con un buen manejo y control se pueden prevenir y evitar. Finalmente se demostró que para identificar y evaluar riesgos ergonómicos es necesario sustituir la observación como método tradicional por el análisis de actividad. En la investigación se utilizaron técnicas y herramientas de la ingeniería industrial para llegar a soluciones ingenieríles o administrativas adecuadas a cada caso.
