Abstract

La situación actual de la economía cubana presupone de nuevas estrategias competitivas para poder mantenerse en el mercado nacional e insertarse en el cambiante mercado internacional. Es por ello que toda organización que se sienta comprometida con el entorno y su personal, debe preocuparse y ocuparse por formar parte de las empresas líderes en su sector, manteniendo la eficiencia y eficacia que se exige como política del país.
