Abstract

Teniendo en cuenta que un tipo de organización como la nuestra genera por diversas causas un nivel de producción defectuosa y que se necesita aprovechar esta producción, para de esta forma incrementar nuestros valores y reducir los gastos; surge entonces la actividad denominada recuperación de tabacos defectuosos y con ella la necesidad de organizarla y buscar la manera de incrementar la productividad del o los operarios que la realizan.
