Abstract

La elevación de la eficiencia del trabajo en las empresas constituye el objetivo central de la política económica del Partido y el Estado, por cuanto la suma del trabajo de todas las empresas garantiza la eficiencia de la Economía Nacional. Al elevar la eficiencia de la producción se logran mejores resultados, con un mínimo de gastos la sociedad mejora la utilización de los recursos naturales, laborales y financieros, se crea la posibilidad de efectuar la reproducción ampliada y de solucionar cuestiones económicas y sociales cada vez más complejas y difíciles.
