Aplicación De Los Métodos Prospectivos En La Determinación De Las Competencias Distintivas De La Sucursal Cimex De Cienfuegos

Abstract

Hoy en día para lograr el desempeño exitoso de las organizaciones se requiere acudir cada vez más al enfoque de competencias máxime en los procesos transaccionales, por lo que para las organizaciones prestadoras de servicios, esta óptica de la gestión tiene gran importancia. Sin embargo no se trabaja este enfoque como las organizaciones lo requieren, como base para el mejoramiento de los procesos de la organización. De todo lo anterior se deriva un problema científico a resolver que se manifiesta esencialmente en que no se ha aplicado en la Sucursal CIMEX Cienfuegos, un procedimiento para determinar las competencias básicas en los procesos en correspondencia con las competencias distintivas de la organización, que permita la mejora continua e integración de los mismos.
