Formas Organizacionales Y Aprendizaje Organizacional: Un Estudio De Caso En La Industria Del Calzado

Abstract

Se describen y analizan las características de la Forma Organizacional, así como sus implicaciones en el aprendizaje organizacional. El estudio se basa en las entrevistas a 16 miembros de la organización, concluyendo que entre los factores fundamentales de la motivación y satisfacción laborales, se encuentran las relaciones y la comunicación informal, así como la imagen o percepción de la conducta del dueño o director general.
