El Modelo Venezolano De Comuna De Desarrollo Endógeno Socialistas: ¿Es Viable?

Abstract

Este artículo presenta un análisis de la experiencia que en los comienzos del siglo XXI ha tenido Venezuela con la implementación del modelo de comunas de desarrollo endógeno socialistas, con la orientación del socialismo marxista tradicional. En función de lo anterior, el lector encontrará una revisión de la Comuna en la Historia; la evaluación, de viabilidad del modelo de comuna que en el marco del llamado socialismo del siglo XXI, impuesto por el gobierno venezolano. Encontrándose como resultado, que el modelo de comuna sigue siendo una utopía, debio a la intervención directa del Estado o indirecta a través de los Consejos Comunales; factores críticos como la asociación espontanea y voluntaria son cuartados por el marco jurídico que las rige.
